April Fools Day Blog Hop

 
Welcome to It's A Joy 2 Scrap's April Fool's Day Blog Hop! I hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday! If you came here from Kayla's Blog, you are in the right place. However, if you happened upon my blog, please head over to It's A Joy 2 Scrap's blog so you don't miss any of the fun.
For this hop, we were asked to create a project that “tricks the eye.” I decided to make an explosion box. It seems like a plain box on the outside but when you open it "surprise" it's a mini scrapbook inside :)

A Walk in the Park collection pack from Echo Park (I love Echo Park paper)
Stampin' Up cardstock
Tim Holtz Distress Ink - frayed burlap
Butterflies from Petaloo
Martha Stewart grass punch
wire from my husband's stash
glue gun
